PHONE SERVICE - Morning call
If you want to be woken, ask our staff to call you in the morning at the appointed time.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
If you need to exchange your money into Czech crown, you can get more information where to do it at a favorable rate without any commission. It is easy and fast.
If before leaving you have Czech crowns do not worry, you can pay it for an accommodation. The rest of sum you can pay by card or in cash.

GUIDED TOURS
We are so pleased to help you to organize your trips, walks and tours in Prague and other tours. If you want to travel in comfortable surroundings, we can order a car lux class. Transfer to the airport can be easy organized just for 700 crowns. Please, contact a hotel administrator before the day of departure. A price-list you will also get by the administrator.

ELECTRIC POWER AND A POSSIBILITY TO RENT A POWER ADAPTER
In all hotel, electric power is 230 V. There is a possibility to use an adapter for free, but there is necessary to pay a refundable deposit 500 crowns (20 Euros). Money will be refund when you return an adapter when you leave the hotel and pay for an accommodation. Please, call 111 line if you want to bring an adapter to your room.

CAR RENTAL
If you want to go out of Prague and wish to rent a car, our staff will help you to organize it. Call a line 111.

COPY AND PRINTING
If you need to print or copy some documents from your flash-disk or PC – you can use our computer and printer for guests in the hall.

FLOWERS
Do you want to order flowers to the room? Inform us about your wishes. Do you want to make some surprise? Ask our professional staff and we will prepare everything for you.
Do you celebrate a special occasion? We will print a congratulation on a special card and put it to bouquet of flowers for your loved one. Is there a chosen bottle of wine or a champagne, which you wish to order? If you need a help, we are there at your disposal…

BATHROBES FOR GUESTS
If you like bathrobes for guests and you want to take one or two pieces with you, contact our staff by phone 111. We will prepare two new bathrobes for you. The price is 1350 crown (50 Euros) for a piece. 

EXTRA BEDS
One extra bed (a cot) could be added to the rooms. Extra beds could be added just in an apartment. We also offer contiguous family rooms. For an additional information and availability please, contact the receptionist.

THE INTERNET
An ultrafast WI-FI Internet connection is available in all hotel. If you have a personal PC, you can ask our staff for a login and password.
If you do not have a personal PC with you, you can use a laptop for guest for free.

MINI BAR
In your room, there is a mini bar with a big collection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food. The price list of mini bar you can find on a table. A housemaid will take care about your mini bar condition.

ROOM CLEANING
Your room is cleaned every day including the making a bed. Room cleaning is from 12:00 until 14:00

TEA AND COFFEE UTENSIL
At the request of our guest, we put to the room tea and coffee utensil for you. You can make a coffee or a tea.

PHONE
To call from room to room it is necessary to deal a desired number of the room. For local calls there is necessary to dial 0 first. For international calls there is necessary to dial 0 first, then 00 and country code and desired number.

SATELLITE TV
All rooms are equipped with a digital TV. Switch the TV on you can by a remote control, the same way switch on a satellite antenna and look for a desire channel. For any questions and help, contact us by phone 111.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check in after 14:00. Check out until 12:00. If you arrive earlier, or would like to stay longer, please, inform about that our administrator so that we can check an availability of our hotel. Please, do not forget to leave your hotel card-key at the reception.

CREDIT CARD
In our hotel, we accept following payment cards: VISA, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. You can also pay for services and an accommodation by cash in Euro or Czech crowns.

 

LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you want to storage your baggage, contact us by internal phone 111.
