CURRENCY EXCHANGE INFORMATION
The hotel does not provide currency exchange directly. If you need to exchange money into Czech crowns, our reception staff will be happy to recommend nearby exchange offices.

GUIDED TOURS AND TRIPS
We will be pleased to help you choose and book guided tours, city walks and trips in Prague or outside Prague. Information about available tours and vouchers is available at the reception and in the lobby.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
Airport transfer can be arranged upon request. Please contact the reception in advance for current availability and price information.

CAR RENTAL
If you would like to rent a car during your stay, our staff can provide information about available car rental options. Please ask at the reception or check the brochures and vouchers available in the lobby.

COPYING AND PRINTING
If you need to print or copy documents, please contact the reception. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

FLOWERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Would you like to order flowers for your room or prepare a small surprise for someone special? Please inform our reception staff about your wishes. This service is available upon request and may be subject to an additional charge.

BATHROBES FOR GUESTS
Bathrobes are available upon request. Please contact the reception if you would like to use them during your stay.

EXTRA BEDS AND BABY COTS
An extra bed or baby cot may be provided upon request, depending on the room type and current availability. Please contact the reception for more information.

WI-FI INTERNET
Wi-Fi internet access is available in the hotel. Login details and connection information are available at the reception.

ROOM FRIDGE AND LOBBY BAR ORDERS
Rooms are equipped with a small fridge for guest use. The fridge is empty and can be used for guests' own items.

In each room, you will also find a QR code that allows you to order fresh coffee or drinks from the lobby bar.

ROOM CLEANING
Rooms are cleaned daily. Standard room cleaning usually takes place between 12:00 and 14:00.

TEA AND COFFEE FACILITIES
Tea and coffee facilities are available in the rooms. You can prepare tea or coffee according to your preference.

SAFE
All rooms are equipped with a safe for storing your valuables. The safe key is provided at reception for a refundable deposit of 20 EUR.

IRON AND IRONING BOARD
An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Please contact the reception if you need them during your stay.

TV
All rooms are equipped with a TV. If you need assistance, please contact the reception.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 14:00. Check-out is until 12:00.

If you arrive earlier or would like to leave later, please contact the reception in advance. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

Please return your room key card to the reception before departure.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment cards. Payment can also be made in cash in Czech crowns or euros.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you would like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, please contact the reception.

LOST AND FOUND
If you have lost or forgotten any personal belongings, please contact the reception. We will be happy to check whether the item has been found.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Thank you for your understanding.

SMOKING POLICY
Hotel Tyl is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or indoor areas of the hotel. Thank you for respecting this policy.
